Our Documents from Excise & Taxation Department (Motor Registration Wing) was dispatched by the E&T Deptt: On 02-10-2020 your Delivery Boy Mr. Hamza called me and told that our Documents have with him. But after laps of Ten days he has neither contacted nor delivered our Documents. He also blacklisted our Cell Number. Please take Severe action against the culprit and our Documents to be delivered to us at the earliest. (His cell number is 0322-4132160 from where he called to me) Thanks.
