Dear Sir,
I , my wife and lot of my cussins have accounts in HBL. Very unfortunately neither I nether my wife ever receive acct statement through GPO. I requested my branch manager for the statement but he told me that he will charge me for this. which is injustice.
Plz solve my issue so that I may be given free acct statement from the branch as other comercial banks provides the same for free and with ease.
