Sir, with due respect it is stated that i am account holder of u r bank with CNIC 13504-3743887-3 since long time.
My ATM was due to expire in 4/16 that i could not remember as ….client. My complain is that in bank record my Mob no 03468791013 is available, why Bank ATM service staff did not inform me on mob by SMS for collection of ATM from respective Branch…………as well as if mail of ATM was not delivered due to some reason…..then what is use of Mob contact record.
Now i transferred some amount from one of my relative for the use in a family function that is running, i am unable to get my cash from My account due to expiry of ATM.
So pl it is requested to issue the ATM specially to me on priority basis.
I shall be highly thankful for kind favor in this regard…
