HBL atm card / Not received the atm card

The hbl atm card has been delivered to my hostel on 29/11/19 against the tracking no #30344903527 according to the tracking status..
But i didnot received the card bcz i was not present in hostel due to weekend holidays and the person who has signed of receiving the card which according to your tracking status..also say that he didnot receive any card
Till today 9/12/19 i have not received the card.pls solve my issue as soon as possible
