Last Month i was opened new account then after few days i was received ATM card so i follow the procedure about card activation and send the sms which was mention in a procedure but HBL shit services send me several times pin code but i cannot receive any code then finally i was call helpline continuously 1 weak every new helpline officer was said sir u do this change your cell phone bla bla so after last time i was call helpline officer and requested to send me a code by post so he was accepted my request and said sir you just wait 10 working days after 10 days i was call again helpline he was just said sir 2 more days for wait but still not received so after 13 days HBL Branch Officer call me sir your code is here kindly pick your code in to the Branch i was happy and next Day i was go to the HBL Branch and ask to HBL Desk Officer where is my ATM code letter so he was said sir no one call you i was said i have received a call i;ll show you your Branch Number he said i know sir this is our number but no one call you then branch officer call helpline and requested to solve this problem ASAP he give to me complain number and said sir wait for 2 days more after 2 days i was call helpline officer he was said sir your older pin code expired you can request again your official number so i was angry and cut the phone i am still facing this problem i don’t know what should i do now this is worst ever shit services i couldn’t seen in my life ..
