Dear Sir,
Yesterday(between 11.20 to 11 30pm night) i went to my branch ATM Zarar shaheed road for taking money by Atm
when i reached there then saw that atm was locked then i went another Atm(Mcb ) for money. I inserted my card and followed all process but due to linked down that atm could not process my transaction after this i went at allied bank atm the same message was received.
after few minutes i receive message that ‘your HBL Account number 05237900368003 has been debited 20000 whereas i did not receive any cash from both atm bank machines. Time 11.34pm
at the same time i called at your help line and talked with your person he also told that there is a link down problem it will be resolved but i again called and elaborated all the things the customer service representative assured that it will be credited after 12 midnight means 13.10.2018
but still i have not received any message of reverting my amount.
Please look this matter and resolve as soon as possible.
