i used my atm card on NBP on 22th june 2017 but due to hardware error money didnt come out but after that i checked they deducted from acc 10,000 i called on hbl helpline and told them about all these they issued my a ticket number and said your entry will be reverse but still its not done yet i have called them again but they are keep saying wait and wait feelings worst experience with hbl poor service. now idk what to do where to complaint
