Sir, I visited Hbl Gujar khan G.T road branch for opening of my mother’s account for benovlent fund purpose two days before .. my mother is patient of pain in her legs she hardly went there for her work.. but hbl staff behaviour was very bad specially staff member ms Sadia and Ms shehreen behaved rudely and roughly with her . She even didn’t consider our problem ..and ask us to come next day . Next day she again behaved like day before ..she was giving her attention to others but my patient mother come after waiting 2 hours without opening her account in HBL , why Ms Shahreen and Sadia behaved like this to a patient ??She was even sitting free without attending clients but she did not pay attention to my mother and not call her to her table..
