Respected Sir,
I hope you are fine and enjoying healthy life .sir i m account holder in HBL bank UMT branch lahore .
1st May i used my ATM dabit card for the purpose of cash withdrew 5000.but that ATM Machine was not working properly .That why i can,t received money but this amount of 5000 deducted from my account.This ATM machine is HBL industrial area Gulberg branch.On the 2nd May I gave application ,ATM 5000 receipt with CNIC copy in UMT branch for return my 5000. Now situation is UMT manager said to me i forwarded that application to Industrial Area Gulberg Branch.But still i m helpless and the other thing its not big issue for any bank. i visiited 4 to 5 time In UMT brach for Receiving my 5000 But this matter still remain .I m Dissatisfied for this service.
Kindly Resolve my matter and transfer money in my account.
