Respected Sir,
I am trying to open an account in hbl domel branch since last month but I am failed. Mostly the bank getting open on 11:00 am instead of 9:00 am. Customers are scared to talk to the manager, because he got angry just for nothing. He refused to open account for me and he said that such type of account is not in our interest , many times I visited the branch and each time I got insulted from the manager ,his such behavior is not only with me but with each and every customer he behaves in such rude way.
So I would like to say that he is totally unprofessional person and one another person namely almgir khan who is daily wages worker is the replica of him regarding behavior.
Therefore to be very frank I will not open my account especially in that branch but it was my responsibility to inform you.
