I am very dishearted from hbl, two months ago about 7th Sep 2017 my ATM DEBIT CARD was block due to wrong code then I call to help line for activation card but my cell was change my old cell not in used due unable service our duty area the official of help line say to follow procedures and change cell no. My hbl bank branch manager at least twice time filled from for change my cell no during these days as well as I called several times but they didn’t forward my request and the end they forward my request on 25 Oct 2017 and it will be tak 24 to 48 hrs. But still didn’t change my cell no, while branch manager also take action this kind of act of help line. And show me short of screen his system and say my behalf I have changed cell no head office were not given respons also he several e-mails to head office Karachi show me. It’s very poor condition hbl and I was suffered at least two months. Please change my cell no.
