My family is facing trouble with your Share Registration Department. The above mention family members of mine have been trusted customers of Habib Bank Limited but they are facing serious problems in receiving their Dividend Warrant for last year 2016.
Back in 2016. My family members failed to receive their Dividend Warrant and for that purpose my family had to write request letters and take time out of their busy schedule to have them submitted at CDC House where my request was well settled. The same Problem has occurred to us in this month and it has been very difficult for my family to go again CDC house and write again request letter and deal again with the procedures. So I took their letters to CDC house where they raised another issue of unmatched signatures on the request letters.
The additional problem is creating from CDC house Staff of unconcern subject (Unmatched signature in request letter) instead of that solving my problem to send dividend warrants on their respective places but they are making additional issue of Unmatched signature on requesting letters so this extra problem is causing much trouble for my family and is leading them towards destruct with HBL. Therefore its is my humble request to send us dividend warrants on their respective places on time. So I don’t need to write again & again request letters and face CDC house staff where they are making illogical issues of unmatched signature in requesting letters.
