Sir, I am government servant and maintaining a account in the Secretariat A block Branch , to day is 1st of August and 11:10: a.m. I have approached to the bank manager after 20 minutes struggle on telephone because the telephone numbers of concerned branch are Continuously engaged then i have got a personal number of bank manager Mr. Faisal from your respective help line and then contacted him for information about my salary , he said the salaries of all government employees are account form from the Head office Karachi not from the concerned branch this issue is not on my part so you can complaint to Head office or State bank of Pakistan. I had very Embraced on the Behavior of Bank Manager. So I again went to your universal Number 111111425 Ms. Zaidi attended my call and I tried to enter my complain but she refused me with the remarks that you are not a HBL employee so your complaint is invalid and I am sorry to enter your complaint (Please tell me Where I go to enter my complaint against your bank. It is not justice Your are requested that I may kindly be satisfy why my salary is not account for intime thanks.
