Hello (Concerned Person),

My old contact number was in my account, I was unaware of it, However, I was trying to register my account in HBL online app, after submitting the request, a 1-time password was sent to my old number the, I didn’t try, for access coz, the password sent to my old number, I called on HBL helpline 111-111-425, as per representative, i need to visit my bank to submit a request form for my active number, which I have submitted 10 days ago, on a daily basis I called for the confirmation each time the representative repeating the same quote (The request has been sent to the concerned department), the concerned department called only 1 time at which time I was prying my namaz, right after I called back on the same number 4 times, a representative transferred my call to the concerned department no one answered my call. I am still facing an issue and waiting for the unknown concerned department which doesn’t even have a 1 single minute to call me back for the confirmation and active my card.
HBL services are very worst, they don’t even care about the customer they only give value to their charges, don’t care whatever the customer issues are.
This is very bad, bad, bad.
HBL needs to learn how to deal with the customer and how to handle and resolve customer issues.
Where is the world and HBL is hanging in the old past where it was.
Grow up HBL Grow up, resolve the customer issues.
