Dear sir iam here to complaint against HBL High Street Jinnah Road Distt Sahiwal.In 2010 i do my kid Jublee insuarance through this bank thats why I open an account here i.e 16517900438103.Icontinue this insuarance for 4 years.During this period i visit the bank so many times but Iwas not satisfied with the coopration of bank and with the jublee insuarance staff so i quit my pilicy.After quiting my policy i was completely out of touch my bank account.So i stop bothering about my check book,this is my mistake Ieccept it. But my complaint is that on 5.8.2016 someone submit my check its #is 9689563.
(1)Its filled with green ink.
(2)Its not match with the specimen signature. (3)The amount filled in the check is 1000742.
(4)The amount was not operating since 2 and half years.
But the bank alligation is in_sufficient balance.Ihave no idea who put it on the behalf of this alligation he put a Fir against me.Tell me how the check acceptable with green ink and without match my specimen signature.Bank must contact me if the amount was above 1000000 plus they must ask me about the non_operating account 2 and halh years.
It came into my notice when a policeman was at my door step.Iam a heart patient and my past is clear and no such complaint ever occur around me in my life and carrier.A little mistake commit by a bank disturbs my life badly and put me in a mental tourture from last many days.
If i came to know about any mis handling related to all this matter I resolve it before time,now iam in complete problem matic situation and now a days Iam on temporary bail.Now tell me what should i do……………….Rana Aaqib Saleem….03219696369
