HBL Car Loan
I had applied for HBL Car loan for GLI Car at HBL Tando Jam City Branch. Down payment amount was debited from my Account on August 2, 2016. but bank officials submitted the DD of car amount to Toyota Hyderabad Motors on 10 August 2016 i.e. after delay of 8 days. Toyota Hyderabad further delaying the process Booked the car after 17 days delay on 27 August 2016 under PBO no. 6013001. Delivery month was November 16. but till today, car has not been delivered to me. while car has reached at Toyota Hyderabad motors on December 10, 2016 and standing there for 11 days. I has visited Toyota Hyderabad Showroom for several times for Car delivery, but Showroom officials say that Car will be delivered after bank process completion. I have called concerned bank officials several times, but they did not bother to attend my call. I also approached HBL Tandojam City branch officials, but they say that they have nothing to do with it and you should contact concerned showroom. There is no one from bank side to facilitate HBL Car Loan costumers.
It is very bad experience and I am very much disturbed with bank officials’ dealing. It is clear evidence of negligence, mismanagement and failure that a Bank can not complete due process of car registration and tracker installetion in 11 days.
Therefore you are kindly requested to please look into the mattar and take efforts for quick delivery of the car.
