Yesterday I, ve made a complaint but it is still not replied
My HBL card was dispatched from Karachi on 26 Sept. For more than 10 days it was in transit. When it reached at Kamra, nobody from tcs office informed me to collect. Whereas at Kamra in routine no mail be delivered to home. All customers Informed through SMS to collect their shipments from tcs office Kamra (I,ve collected many times) But in my case my HBL card returned back without informing me. (declared me as receiver not available) Which is not right. I, ve also contacted on Whatapp 03161123456 but Mr Ahsan is unable to satisfy me instead giving not reasonable reasons.
Keeping in view above mentioned facts tcs office is responsible to redeliver my HBL card at tcs office Kamra & inform me as per their routine, so i can collect.
