i have called several time at contact center for the resolution of my complain.but no one is able to resolve ,, ur staff is too rude to handle a customer , very pathetic services poor management.. phone banker bushra n ghulam commit to arrange a call back from team leader jehanzaib. but he didn’t bother to call me regarding my issue.my problem is still there.before resolving my complain i request u to take a strick and serious action again both phone banker n team leader as well.n arrange a coaching class to teach them how to handle a customer,what exactly the meaning of customer services.
