Dear Sir
It is submitted that while paying my dues in the Agust statement,I erroneously made it payable to UBL instead of HBLWhen informed,I immediately paid the amount in cash with in the stipulated period. I have been charged Cheque return fee in the statement of September 2016.
Although,it was my fault,yet,keeping in view long association and my previous record,I humbly request to waive off these charges.
