Dear Team – Please note that I am regularly paying my dues and never made payment late. Due to some mis calculation I have deposited rs 18,450..00 instead of rs 18472 less rs. 10 on due billing of Jan 2017 and got penalize late payment of Rs 1599 which is totally injustice to a person who always pay bill on regular basis. Would appreciate if you kindly reverse the late payment charges keeping my past record and oblige.
