Dear Sir
It is submitted that I inadvertently wrote my cheque payable to UBL instead of HBL while paying the August bill.However when I was informed by you I immediately paid the due amount within the stipulated period.Consequently,I have been charged Rs:1600/- as ‘cheque return fee’,in the current statement.
Although I have paid the same,yet,I, in view of my previous record I take the liberty to request to waive off the same,and oblige.
