Assalam o Alaikum
It is stated that I have opened my account 2 months ago…I have provided my all information which is required according to bank policy…all necessary documents were submitted…i have also received my ATM card on my given addressed…but my account blocked without any message or call or email …when I confirm with the help line of Hbl they told me that your account is blocked… And told me to contact with concern branch where account is opend..when I contact with my branch they told me that your physical address not exist while I have received my ATM card on the Same address which is provided by me….Due to this reason of my block account I have faced many problems and next procedure of my salary will be slow…so it is requested that open my block account and taken step against the negligence of branch..
