Dear,
I went to HBL Nursery Branch, Shahrae-Faisal Karachi for depositing fee challan of university on 3/5/2017. I got token # 0223 at 13:38 pm while the current token being serviced was token # 0179. Only 1 counter (counter # 3) was running. The clerks of other counters had gone for lunch break. I got seated and waited. But unfortunately due to the inefficiency of the staff at counter no. 3, the token was very slow to move. Even for a single customer, sometimes 4-5 minutes passed before the system beeped for next customer. Several customers complained to the bank manager about this problem. But even after redressal in form of two more clerks arriving to handle, the bank staff was still slow to service the customers. My turn came at 14:27, almost an hour after i got token. An hour long wait for just PKR4000 fee deposit! This is outrageous. One would think that a branch on main Shahrae Faisal would employ efficient and courteous service.

I suggest giving the counter clerks proper training to act quick, improvise in case of too much customers, and thinking on their feet. Serving customers promptly should be their first priority. They should know how to manage customers of cash depostis, and customers of cheque. They should segregate those customers who have time consuming service required so that simple fee deposit ones should have fast and quick service.
