I’m Iqbal Mehsud Manager CSD Tarbela. Yesterday I visited Your HBL Bank Ghazi Branch. Branch Code (0575) Distt Haripur Tehsil Ghazi. I wanted to deposit CSD HP installment.The persons (Cashier and Cash Officer & Manager Operations) they misbehaved.The way they are dealing with the customers is not satisfactory.I was really disappointed.There is no Notice Board where Opening and closing(Banking Hours) timings are metioned. To facilitate the customers the timings of banking should be mentioned outside the entrance. Pictures of the bank entrance can be share if there is anyother way of sharing it.The pictures can’t be forwarded through this mail.
