I am highly unsatisfied of poor and pathetic services of TCS staff. My HBL Debit card was booked by HBL Karachi via Shipment number 30343574556. I called again and again that house numbers in my mohallah are not locateable so kindly tell TCS courier to kindly call me as soon he reaches in my mohallah. and now today, when i call on TCS to confirm the current status of my HBL debit card. I was told that due to untraceable address, your HBL debit card was again returned back to the consignee (HBL Karachi). This is too radicolous as i informed to TCS helpline staff again and again that my home address is not locateable so kindly tell your courier to call me on my mobile number as soon as he reaches in my mohallah. I need my HBL Debit card back to me. You can also call me on my number 0301-8501450. This is too pathetic and non cooperative behavior of TCS Staff.
