Dear Sir,
I am Mateen ahmed form faislabad.I have received massage 24-jan-2019 from hbl with tracking ID#30326124412 delived to your register mail address with in seven days But no one comes to my place or no contact on my offical mobile number given to bank .Today i visited the main office situated in canal road faisalabad they told me it has been return back to karachi.Just tell me who is responsible i have cctv camera advience that no one came to my mailing address in given time period or no mobile contact so I again submit my complain to HBL main office they send my debit card today again.so i just want to say that hold my debit card in tcs main canal road office i will collect my self along with all my original documents because i dont want to lose it again.
