TCS Team,
This is to inform you that, my debit card ship back to shipper 3 times, without any call. When i called to TCS then they said card ship back to shipper reason mentioned that consignee not attempt the delivery, but no one came at my location for deliver the card.
How it is possible that 3 times no one at home for receiving the card? For your information that from 1st of April to today every one at location (Home) and the TCS guy not came at my location and mentioned the comment ” consignee to attempt the deliver”
Could you please Explain the reason why TCS guy mentioned this type of reason without any single attempt?

They didnot call or contact
