Sir,
On August 4, 2017 my Account No. PK38 HABB 0024387000045803 was credited with an amount of Rs. 41000 and something. On the same date I have withdrawn Rs. 10000/- showing a remaining balance of Rs. 31000/-. On Sunday the August 06, 2017 I have entered a figure of Rs. 20000/- upon which ATM shows error then entered Rs. 10000/- and it sows the error once again. However by entering amount of Rs. 5000/-. ATM accepted the transaction BUT IT SHOWS a REMAINING BALANCE OF RS. 6000/- only.
Please recover a sum of Rs. 20000/- on urgent basis as almost more than half month has been passed and my account has not been reconciled nor recover the amount.
