Respectable sir,
I suffered with lot of embarrassing satuation in Hbl chakwal main branch code 0534 regarding my inactive account process. Miss hajarah there which is non professional person. She have no idea to deal with customers and she also waste my lot of time. Because she have no idea that how she can fill up the form of inactive customers problems.
My request of high management that they notice for irresponsible attitude of miss hajarah (Hbl branch 0534)
