On 29th of November 2018 two transactions were made from my account whereas my ATM CARD was with me and still it’s in my custody. By reporting to hbl helpline I got to know that these transactions were made in Karachi and I am living in Lahore and I was in Lahore. You can check through my university or whatever the way you want. I never gave my any personal details to anyone even in my family nor I gave my Atm card to anyone.
I reported online about these transactions. I went to the bank and gave twice thrice my written application. I complaint through emails and still they are asking me to report this way too ? Why ?
It’s been 3 months my issue is not resolved.
