Assalam O Alaikum, my name is Nazakat Ali S/O Muhammad Ayoub having account No 0022517947849303 and my Mrs. Farkhanda Jabeen having account No 22517948031703, on dated, 28.05.2016 i visited branch of HBL Rawat Distt: Islamabad Jhelum Circle, the manager of the said branch guide me about JUBILEELIFE policy, and deduct my 01 Lac amount from my account No mentioned above and direct me that after 01 or 02 week you will received your policy documents, i visit again and again in branch for collection of document but they always refused on dated. 13.07.2016 i received a text message on my cell from 8398002 that you will received your policy documents 682822 from your bank branch, but after laps of 01 month i again visit but in vain. now on dated. 19.08.2016 i visit the branch and asked about document and the staff of the branch i.e Operational Manager and Mrs, Kanwal misbehave with me and insult me and say why you come again and again. i really much frustrated behavour of the branch staff and thinking about clossing of my and my wife accounts from branch as well as my colleague also. the CC cam of the branch dated. 19.08.2016 is my witness. you can see.
