I am Dr sawera malik … I really hv pathetic n horrible experience with HBL credit card services.its been almost 3 months that I didn’t receive my credit card … u ppl even debited it’s annual fee online from my account without informing me.i hv called your main karachi HBL multiple times all the time u ppl just do varifications n also registered my complaint under #C2308160381 but didn’t sort out my issue.u ppl told that it has been delivered to my branch when asked by them .. they said they didn’t receive any credit card and don’t bother to call u ppl directly.kindly figure this issue out otherwise I ll deactivate my account at HBL.
