HBL Express 144 Ex-Franchisees Claims, Business loss Compensation
We one Hundred forty-four (144) HBL Express Ex-Franchisees of entire Pakistan would like to draw your admirable attention toward the HBL Express Branchless Banking business failure that caused our total investment loss and at country level that mount up sum of rupee 1.5 billions approximately. Therefore, we all 144 HUB owners humbly appeal you to intervene and ask HBL to compensate our financial loss on Humanitarian ground because we lost our entire investment due to this project failure, HBL remained incapable to make the HBL Express business profitable even during its more than four years continues operation. Regardless of our several requests to appropriate authorities but no action so far encountered from any end.
In a recent development HBL Express Management has re-launched this project by the new name KONNECT, and we are afraid that some other group of peoples could also be stung by this loss producing organization and story could be repeated. Therefore, being the highest judiciary authority of the country, you are humbly requesting to intervene in the issue and probe into the matter to redress the grievances of badly affected HBL Express EX-Franchisees those have been suffering financially and mentally distorted due to their huge monetary loss of approximately three to five millions rupee per Franchisee, that makes huge amount at National level, it is mater of fact that it was only due to bad planning, poor feasibility, mismanagement and inadequacy of the biggest banking group of Pakistan (HBL) under the auspices of state institution SBP. We have intimated several times to SBP but we have never being listened, nor called us to listen our cry and consequently you are our last hope now.
Being our last hope, please play your positive role to get this problem resolved on priority because prior the story repeated & situation aggravated.
