Yesterday on August 29th,2016, I wanted to get updated my account as NTN holder.I handed over FBR letter cotaining my NTN,to Ms Sundus official of HBL foreign office building branch.My aim was to transfer the funds of Rs 1.35 million to another HBL account at Karachi, as NTN holder.Firstly she told me there will be no tax if you transfer fund on transfer remittance form.When I brought that form she told me that you will have to use deposit slip and tax will be deducted as your status is not updated.I said o k ,I will transfer when my status updated. But she asked me to go to another official Mr Waqar to check again whether my status updated.I told her what is the need when you have confirmed that it is not updated.But she was adamant that I see Mr Waqar, an absent official.Mr Waqar came after much time and he did not take any interest.Miss Sundus behaved improper as she was indifferent,guided me incorrectly and made me realize I was wasting her precious time.Instead she wasted my precious time.Bank manager had deputed her to take care of my assignment but she failed miserably.She told me I will have to wait for many days,at which I again went to manager who told me it will be done within 3 or 4 days.
