on 04/07/2016 I made a transanction for with drawl of 20000 rupee but nothing given by atm and displayed on screen ” link down” where as a recipt was given by machine that with drawn rupees 20000 from atm .I comlained to my branch manager but he informed that due to eid machines ara overloaded so amount will automatically must be credited ,but yet not credited, where as iso many times visited my bank branch .
