HBL Namak Mandi, Peshawar branch is NOT accepting/ receiving utility (Gas & Electricity) bills with lame excuses thereby negating the directives of SBP & FBR printed at the back of bills. The staff is so rude and Non-cooperative. Please do something to facilitate the customers.
