Salam, it is stated that my ATM card has expired on 02-11-2016. Upon contacting my branch ( HBL sihala branch islamabad code 0596) for new one they said to contact help line number for new ATM card. Helpline said that they have dispatched the ATM card to my address on January 2016(11 months before expiry) and now record shows that card is still at your branch. Next day i went to my branch again to collect my ATM card but manager refused to look into record and issue me my card.he instead said to cancel both the new and old cards and go for third(new card) from helpline. Now i have to canceled both my cards because bank manager was not ready to see the record. My question is that my branch calls me every month for credit card promotion and they have not called me in eleven months for my ATM card.Because of their laziness i have to give extra money,time and stress to avail your services. ASALAM O ALYKUM SIR MY DEBIT CARD WAS CAPTURED ON 30TH MARCH 2020 AT ATM SIHALA BRANCH. I HAVE CALLED TO HELP LINE OFFICER SIHALA BRACH FOR ISSUE I HAVE FACE . DUE TO THIS SITUATIIN COVID 19 I HAVE FACING PROBLAMS TO REAVH SIHALA BRANCH . THE OFFICER SAID THAT DEBIT CARD WILL RECIEVED THROUGH HEAD OFFICE. THEREFORE I HAVE CONTACT HEAD OFFICE JUST NOW BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DEBIT CARD KINDLY YOUR COBCERN PKZ HELP ME OUT.
