Today I got my statement print out From branch to find the reason behind multiple charges / amount deduction happens over quite a long period. Just to start with I was surprise to see some Rs. 2500 plus that was deducted in just one day and they all appear to be SMS alert Charges. After funding that I call to hbl help line and they asked me to call in morning and launch a compalint. I am totally surprised by this fact that HBL is charging me for a value added service that I never authorized and I am not very optimistic that after launching my complaint I will get my money back. Any help?
