I was calling regularly on hbl hlip line to update my date of birth due to this the company temporarily de active my debit card. Every time the person who is receiving the phone giving me 48 hours and issuing ticket numbers. after 48 hours when i again call for info the person which is sitting there again issue me ticket number and just saying that wait 48 hours. i faced this type of practiced since 13 may 20117 . Still hbl representative giving ticket number and waiting next 48 hours instead of resolving my issue. i came to know that i think hbl has no proper mechanism for solving complains. Dear Hbl please solve the matter instead of giving 48 hours time or issuing ticket number. Cell 0321-1019570
