Dear Team,
I have applied for new checkbook last Monday Dated Dec-16-2019 but when i visited today my branch and when i ask about check book they told me that branch manager still not farward my request. So why they delayed my request for 01 week.
So it is requested to please be take serious action against staff otherwise i will farword my mail to Wafaqi Mohtsab etc.
