Subject: Illegal issuance of Bank Statement to un-authorized person
I am Bushra d/o Muhammad Bashir having HBL account with following details:

Branch: The Islamia University, Old Campus Branch, Bahawalpur
It is submitted that I had informed to the HBL concerned branch through call dated on May 29, 2025, at 01.44 PM and at HBL helpline on the same day at 01.36 PM regarding the issue not to share my account details with my ex-husband or any other un-authorized person. The HBL concerned branch representative as well as helpline representative both were confirmed and ensured me against my reservation.
Unfortunately, my ex-husband gets the bank-statement of my above said account describing the transaction details of my account. Now, I am facing financial consequences Rs. 2.0 million in litigation against the issuance of my HBL Bank statement.
Therefore, you are requested to please investigate this issue and take strict action against them who has/have provided the bank statement to my ex-husband.
Furthermore, you are requested to please share the details of his/her with me, who have provided my HBL bank detail to my husband.
If you will be unable to provide me financial compensation, then I will take a legal action.
An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
I shall be very thankful to you for this kind favor.
