I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received at your Larkana branch (5097) over the past three consecutive days. Despite visiting the branch daily, I have been unable to get my source of income status updated in my account, which I hold with HBL for the past two years.
Having recently changed job, I need to update my account details to ensure smooth salary transactions. However, each day, I have waited for over an hour to meet the concerned official, only to be informed that the system is not working. This has resulted in significant delays and financial inconvenience, as I rely solely on my salary for financial stability.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to update my account status. I would appreciate it if you could provide a timeline for resolving this issue.
The concerned branch manager does not even bother to meet or listen.
