Debit Card
I reported loss of my debit card in HBL Faizabad Branch on 16 April 2018. I requested to block old card and issue with new Debit Card. That day I was told that new Debit Card will be issued in 4 working days. Today on 26 April I contacted again HBL Helpline to check the progress. I was told that my new card was made on 25 April 2018 and will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. It is surprising that in this era the bank takes so much time to issue the card.
