Sir,
Most Respectfully, I beg to say that I have my account in HBL Civil Line branch Lahore. In my account No 0127-0016196101 there were 60123 Rupees and in my other accounts No 00127-7900805501 there were 41240 Rupees.
I went to bank for taking money then I found that there are no money in my both accounts so on 9 July 2018 I gave my application in HBL Branch and I blocked both ATM cards by calling on helpline.
The SMS alert by HBL on my complain is present in my cell phone but they did not respond to my complain.
Therefore, I request you that please my money return to my account. Every time I went to HBL branch they told me that they sent the application to main branch Karachi and they are now ignoring it. It happened on 9 July 2018 and shill nothing happen. With application I attached Bank Statement copy and my CNIC copy.
