My name is waqar. Hbl branch 2299 E9 Islamabad. I have open an acct in this branch. In 2014 my ATM card lost. I have a complain in branch to block ATM card. After this I also call at help center and ask for block. My bank acct was inactive. Now 2017 I want to activate my said acct. I got several time visit to hbl branch. Finally Feb 2018 my acct was actuated. Then I call at help line for ATM card. March 2018 my ATM card was sent to said branch and finally it was received in May 2018. On 12 may 2018, 5000 pkr transfered in my acct related 2299 branch. After 2 days, on 14 may 2018, I have received 3 messages from 4250 for deduction of amount i.e 1160, 986 & again 986. I call several time on help line but I am not satisfied because in 2014 my ATM block and acct was inactive, then why was my amount was deducted. Hbl crew did not guide customer’s properly about policies. Hbl 2299 branch said that my acct was at work acct. But extra charges are still deducted like mini statement., It is humble requested that my complain was considered sympathetically. If my complain was not resolve, I write a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan along with mini statement.
