Subject: NON ISSUENCE OF PO OF AUTO LOAN BY HBL CHINIOT.
Dear Sir,
It is request that in September 2016 I have applied for Auto loan by HBL Chiniot. They have approved the loan for Toyota Corolla GLI of 30% Amount of Rs. 5,96,060 in January 2017. They deducted an amount of Rs. 5,96,060/- as equity of loan from my account No. 017379132277-03 with promised they will issue P.O in a couple of days.
I have visited branch again & again and also contact telephonically to Branch Manager and inquired above the P.O but she used to say that wait and family refused to help wait a month and give me names of Mr. Asif & M. Waseem of Auto Finance Department Faisalabad.
I called and visited them again and again as I have sold my car now I was without any convince but they do not given me any definite answer and using delaying tactics.
Further more I am also using agree loan facility from the same branch. Account # 01737913536503. The amount dedicated for my equity is taken from that A/C on which I am still giving markup for no reason for last three month.
As strict action is taken in this regard a serious action is to be taken and remit the markup as I have not used the said amount and either process the loan.
