I have a bad experience of staff attitude….they don’t know how to behave and have no manners…specially Model Town Link Road Br……even the photocopier is there in the Br. to facilitate the customers but they asked them to go out and get the photocopy of the ID card and in the morning the shops are closed…….cash counter staff laughed out loudly like they are sitting in park and joking with each other…..not paying attention to the customers…….

There must be some training programs for the staff to teach them how to deal with the customers……or hire new young people who wants to server not to be a clerk baddsha…
