I was issued HBL Platinum Card and a Supplementary Card. At the time of application, HBL committed that they would not charge card fees, however, charged Rs. 4000 card fee. When reminded them they asked for payment minus card fee. But the next time they charged financial charges. I have stopped using the cards and surrender these because of non fulfillment of commitment at the very first stage.
