sir with great regret i want to submit that i am account holder of HBL aamer plaza branch blue area islamabad. my nic no. is 61101-7389532-5 and account no. is 8840601 . my Atm card returned back due to old address. i changed my address in the system but i was told by ATm help line that my aAccounts detail is not appearing kindly advise your branch to rectify. i number of times visited branch and met mr.adnan of Hbl aamer plaza branch and lady officer even talked to Om of said bank but all in vain. i have been made rolling stone. both branch men and help send me to each other but no positive result. All the bank staff is non cooperative and inefficient who after lapse of many weeks could not rectify my complaint hence to you sir for relief.
