I took loan from HBL and cleared it in Dec, 2016. After which i needed for my department Pakistan Air Force a Loan Clearance Certificate. I requested the Bank several times but they misguided me and told that they will not issue clearance certificate rather HBL Head Office Karachi will issue the said certificate. I wrote to Head office too and talked to Helpline and HBL kohat several times but no positive response from either side has been received. I acknowledge the prestigious services of HBL but this minor fault can affect HBL image in my mind. Please take action as soon as possible.Thanks
